Mini Shopaholic

Mini Shopaholic is about two characters and her boyfriend Luke. They want to buy a house of their own in London and not live with Becky’s parents. They have a child Minnie who has been banned from 4 Santa grottos and is demanding in all the expensive stores like Harrods. Becky plans a secret party for Luke but encounters many problems while trying to keep the party secret from him.

I found this book quite boring it went on a lot and didn’t go into much detail in the mini character.

I give this book 3/10 

Shopaholic abroad

This book follows on from the film 'confessions of a shopholic' 
She has a boyfriend Luke she lives in London with him.. Her boyfriend tells her he wants to make it big in New York. Her and her boyfriend go to New York she becomes so happy living in New York especially through shopping. 
She appears in the newspaper for bad reasons where it says of her debts. Her and luke argue over it, she also loses her job so she returns to england her and her boyfriend split up and she goes back to living with Suze her flatmate. 
She has a huge bidding and sells a lot of all the clothing and accessories she has brought which includes her Denny and George scarf with all the money she got through the bid she payed off all her debts she gets offered a job in New York but as she gets to the airport Luke appears he begs her to stay and for her to come and work for him at his company but Becky still leaves for New York. 
Some months later she is working as a personal assistant and Luke is there as a customer her apologises for everything and they end up getting back together.

I really enjoyed this book i give it 9/10 - this is the best book i've read in a while!! 

The Kite Runner

The kite runner is a novel, which tells the story of a boy called Wazir Akbar Khan in the district of Kachanged my view on how woman are perceived in Afghanistan.

bul who makes friends with Hassan and his father’s young Hazara servant.

Amir and Hassad spend their days then in the peaceful Kabul kite fighting and roaming through the streets. Babas friend who understands Amir and supports his interest in writing.

Hassan is a successful kite runner he cannot be watching and know where it will land.

Some year’s later sovier union invades Afghanistan. Amir and baba escapre to Peshawar and then to California where amir and baba settle down in a run down apartment and baba begins work at a gas station. Amir takes a place at a community class. Baba gets diagnosed with cancer but he ends up dying.
